Alphas is the pinnacle of talent at Impact Baseball Academy. We recruit the best of the best from around the state and enter them into highly competitive tournaments across the southwest. The Alphas Program is all about coaching the best athletes to take them to the next level, all while giving the players the experience of playing with high level talent athletes and working hard to bring home championships.

We are always looking for top performing athletes that want to come play. All players must submit a nomination form to be considered as an Alpha and play with us in any tournament.

Currently we only have 14U through 16U teams.

The Alphas teams will play in select tournaments around the Southwestern US. All tournaments that we enter are high level talent, most classified majors level or D1.

We don't just let anyone coach the Alphas. We have experienced coaches with backgrounds in coaching youth baseball and high school as well as playing on a collegiate level or better. These aren't just dads that jump in to fill a role.

It has been customary that prior to a tournament the Alphas team will get together and practice once or twice to get to know teammates, coaches, expectations, strengths and weaknesses, signs, game plan, measurable metrics, etc.

Alphas are already the best of the best and we understand that being the best takes a lot of work on your own. This is expected to take place already. Most Alphas play on multiple teams (club, travel, HS, etc.) and this is how they are individually getting the work in.
